Return Process

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and that the surplus gear is in the same condition as when it was received.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
